INDIVIDUAL COACHING: one on one and spot on!
A typical individual coaching project is scheduled between 4 – 8 Sessions of each 2 hours. The average successful project occupies 5,2 sessions. The initial problems are detected and an effective strategy to resolve these, developed. During the coaching sessions the trainee is supported and guided to detecting, understanding and developing new habits and patterns in order to successfully execute significantly and gain substantially performance power.
